  Razi went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. At first because I was upside down it wasn't much they could do but somehow THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. I was even a pain a butt I had her bring her out a grey car but I didn't like it, so she personally escorted me to the lot and there I picked which one I wanted. Moe the sales manager was also super helpful. He answered all of my questions and seemed pleased to do his job.
