  • As promised, after having my car serviced, and speaking to the manager in charge of service scheduling, I am REVISING my star rating, from 1 star to 4 stars. I spoke with Lori, the manager of service scheduling. She was very kind and concerned to hear what I had experienced when I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment. (read initial post for details) She was very apologetic and appreciative of the information. She gave me her word that she would look into what had occurred and how her department can learn and change from this experience, and stated their 1st priority is to make sure the customer is given the best of care. She was a pleasure to talk to and I felt "heard". On to my service at the dealership. When I arrived, Santos Brown took my information and concerns about my car. He arranged for an Uber to take me to work. It was a very smooth check in and I arrived at work on time. Santos called me multiple times and kept me updated on the progress and what the technician had discovered that needed to be fixed. He let me know the charges before any work was completed. Although it was not good news and it was going to be costly to fix, (drive belts/bushings)I felt my car was evaluated efficiently and fixed effectively. My air conditioner compressor was broken and had ruined all the other parts. So, I need a whole new air conditioner system. Very expensive to replace. My car is 15 yrs old with almost 200 thousand miles. I need to consider buying a new car, so I did not have them fix it. As a courtesy, I was not charged for the air conditioner evaluation. When my car was ready, Santos called me and let me know. He sent an Uber to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. I am VERY happy with the professional and friendly care I received today. Santos went out of his way to make sure I was given grade A service and attention. He totally made up for the scheduling mishap the day before. Thank you Santos, your the best! Initial 1 star rating/comments: I made an appointment with the Honda service operator. I asked what the latest appointment I could have to get maintenance work and an air conditioner check. He told me I could bring my car in at 5:15. When I got there I waited 15 mins and was told that my service person was off work at 5:30, but someone else would help me. I waited another 15 mins before I was helped. All the info I had already given to the operator was asked of me again because it was not in the system. And, when I retold what services I needed, I was told the air conditioner check would not be possible. The guy who was helping me was obviously stressed and frustrated. There was lots of commotion with people picking up their cars. He complained that the service operators should not have scheduled me so late and next time I need to speak with a service person rather than the service operator. I felt like I was being blamed and I was frustrated that I would have to come back another day. I was told I could bring it back tomorrow morning and someone will give me a ride to work. So my 1 star may change if all goes well. It is VERY OBVIOUS that the service operators need better training, or the manager needs to fix problems with coordination of scheduling! I plan on having a chat with that manager tomorrow!

  • I can't say much as it was my first visit and I haven't gone through the whole transaction process but the salesman that greeted me as I was parking was very nice and not pushy at all and showed me some other options I'll consider. Look at this baby!
