  UPDATE 7/29/2020: I just leased a brand new 2020 Honda Civic and I am so happy with it! It started with a phone call from Omar last week asking me if I would like to come in because they are having some great deals right now. So I made an appointment to go in on Monday. And I left with a new car! My lease wasn't up until December 2020, but they offered me an offer I couldn't refuse and I am so happy with my 2020 civic. I love that it comes standard with new safety features like lane departure and brake detection. It also comes with an extra alarm system as well. Darwin helped me through the process and he was awesome. So helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again Keyes Woodland Hills!

  This is the best dealership experience I have ever had. Max Lourizadeh agreed to the deal over the phone for what I wanted and it was done as soon as I got there. No haggling, no bs. Armon the store manager was funny and welcoming and took care of the deal while Max helped another couple which was fine with me. The finance guy did try to sell us additional warranty but I get they're trying to make money and was not pushy at all. I forget the gentleman who helped get my car ready but he was Filipino and very nice. Everyone there was just jovial and helpful. I would recommend anyone interested in getting a Honda to go to Keyes Woodland Hills. Most dealerships are not trying to help you, these guys are and have a lighthearted attitude. I don't understand the other reviews that go anywhere below four stars. These folks are exceptional. Due to the COVID-19 there was very few staff members but that is understandable and we had to wait a while. It was about three hours overall from start to finish but I could not be happier and I will be going to them as long as these guys are there for me to deal with. Thanks again to Armon and Max and the rest of the staff being great to work with.

  This review is just for the service department! Jake is the best hands on. He follows through with everything! Overall a really nice guy! Due to Covid19 you guys are closed. So I had to get serviced at Thousand Oaks Honda it is what is but was by far the worse service department I've ever been to. I'm grateful that I'm able to get serviced at Keyes Woodland Hills Honda! 5 stars all day!Looking forward to you guys reopening after this pandemic opens!

  Just bought an odyssey and the manager, Armon Javadi was so helpful and kind. Hgave me the best deal around and didn't waste my time going back and forth. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford and they simply made it happen. I also felt very safe in terms of Covid in the dealership.

And I misunderstood for protection package. I thought it is only Door edge protection but it includes Door edge guard, Wheel lock, Trunk tray and Mud guards. He called me and explained about it.   Oh my gosh I just have to say this may be the nicest dealership I have ever visited in my whole life! I brought my vintage Honda in for some advice and I can't tell you how nice all of the employees and management were to me and took care of me and did not charge me a dime! I am a very happy woman and I wanted to let everyone know how clean and beautiful this dealership is! And if you don't already know, they bake homemade cookies there for everyone. so if you're considering purchasing a new car, I would suggest you come visit this dealership in Woodland Hills, you will not be disappointed. By the way, no hard sell whatsoever as I walked through the show room they just let me do my thing. Love this place and all of the people there.

  Buying/leasing a car can be stressful, but this place is great. I genuinely liked the people we worked with. In particular, Peyman Nasiri, Sales & Leasing Consultant, and Ray Lee, Manager/Sales Consultant, were outstanding. My wife and I were treated fairly and respectfully. They delivered on every promise. They answered every question and addressed every concern. Knowledgeable and friendly. Peyman even drove us to our home to run an errand--we had a great conversation. Before Woodland Hills Honda, I have been using an auto broker. But after a recent bad experience with an auto broker, I will no longer be going the auto broker route. Peyman, Ray, and Woodland Hills Honda have changed that.

  Everyone was very nice and professional, and seemed to go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I really don't like going to car showrooms, because of the pressure, and stupid games some salesmen play. Nothing like that happened here.

  I just got my car yesterday and I was super satisfied with the professional service I received. Armen Markarian was friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get the color I wanted.   We bought a new accord touring model and had a great experience. Did most of the deal over the phone and they even delivered the car to my home. Best experience I've had EVER buying a new car. Armon is the guy to see. We went to another dealership in Oxnard first... it took them 45 minutes just to give us a price (Costco). Then they required us to buy add-ons we didn't want. I went home and called Armon and it was quick, painless, and enjoyable.

  Share reviewEmbed review2/13/2020 I have to say that Jack and Andre in the service department deserve 20 stars! My door actuator in my old Accord broke and it set my alarm off and it wouldn't stop. I was driving with the alarm blazing and all. I called Honda in a panic and Andre said come now and we will help you. When I arrived, Jack took my key and replaced the battery and helped me get the alarm off and all in under 10 minutes. I can't not say thank you enough for the generosity and kindness to them both. Amazing customer service and amazing kindness and care. Thank you!!!

  Summary: Max and I agreed on a price, went to the dealership and wouldn't honor it. Max is a shyster (typical car sales guy, bait and switch), avoid at all costs. Armon stepped in while we were in the parking lot about to leave and honored the price that Max and I agreed on.

  I've been going to Woodland Hills Honda for 15 years now. There are times when I have thought about going to different Honda dealers (for service or for sales) due to convenience, only to have bad experiences and end up back in Woodland Hills.

  Update: I purchased a HRV at Honda Woodland Hills. The service was disappointing after the deal was done. The General Manager reached out to me and went above and beyond in makIng it right. I love my car. People do make mistakes but it is how they handle them after that make it a good place to do business. I have gone there for years and will continue

I walked into Honda not knowing what to expect and walked out with a brand new HRV 4WD at a really good price.   I have had a 2016 Honda Civic for the past 3 years and since my lease was almost up I decided to come in and take a look at newer models. I was first created by Thomas who was very kinda and showed me a few SIVs (which I thought I wanted) then took me to see a 2019 Civic Sport. It was a dream car! Had everything I wanted!
